Base salary range: $90k/yr. - $115k/yr.
A world-class window manufacturing corporation located near Salem, OR needs IMMEDIATELY, a Plant Manager This Plant Managers education and background will ideally include the following:
· BSEE degree preferred;
· Minimum of 10+ years of closely related hands-on experience within window manufacturing;
· Specific experience in most, or all of the following areas:
o Proven Leadership abilities;
o 5+ yrs experience in P & L Responsibility;
o Proven record in modern manufacturing techniques such as Lean, Kaizen, six sigma, 5S, is also preferred.
o A solid working knowledge of business finance, basic accounting, budgeting and information management are required.
o Proven Leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong team player and be able to manage details and multiple priorities.
o High proficiency in all Microsoft applications are a plus.
