Trump University is looking for a Membership Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate would have the unique blend of one-third sales, one-third service and one-third real estate experience and possess the following:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• The passion and drive to develop and execute membership growth strategies
• Confidence to meet and exceed monthly membership revenues, generate new sales, and maintain outstanding levels of customer service
• Ability to discern the needs of clients and direct them to the necessary information services
Job Overview/Qualifications:
• 95% Phone contact is critical to this position (No cold calling required). Someone who is articulate, poised and professional and enjoys interacting on the phone and communicating with existing clients.
• Significant experience with customer management and support, including sales support throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Expertise in Real Estate. (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers a plus)
• Strong experience in engaging senior management including internal and customer management.
• Provide outbound advisory services
• Handle Inbound questions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
