Primary Responsibilities Include:
-Volume prospecting over the phone with company provided leads -Must attain a minimum of 80% of monthly quota
-Must not exceed a Return Rate of greater than 25% in any month.
-Minimum 75 outbound calls per day
-Must schedule a minimum of 10 quality appointments per day with a minimum conversion of 10%
-Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills
-Failure to meet any of the above responsibilities can be used as grounds for dismissal
-Presenting our learning solutions according to curriculum standards
-Company reserves the right to interpret, modify any portion of this in the Company’s best interest at any time.

Job Requirements:
-Experience in consultative selling, preferably in the educational arena
-Detail orientation and capability to be highly organized
-Experience in on line education preferred, but not necessary
-Familiarity with MS Office
-BA or BS preferred
