TRUMP University has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Coach / Trainer to focus on new product development. The Real Estate Coach/Trainer will providing training, mentoring, and motivation to students learning real estate investing. We are looking for a seasoned investor with the following experience and competencies. Property management, foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, short sales, assigning contracts, real estate finance, creative buying strategies, commercial investing, land development, and note investing.
This ideal candidate should be able to adapt course of study to meet clients needs establish and maintain relationships with clients communicate clients progress evaluate clients performance use computers to enter, access or retrieve educational data use motivational techniques in education.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Maintain accurate and complete client’s records as required by administrative policy
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet clients' varying needs and interests
Monitor clients' performance in order to make suggestions for improvement, and to ensure that they satisfy course standards, training requirements, and objectives
Review instructional content, methods, and clients evaluations in order to assess strengths and weaknesses, and to develop recommendations for course revision, development, or elimination
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in a professional setting with increasing levels of responsibility
A demonstrated track record of achievements
Experience educating, training, and mentoring
Effective problem solving, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
