PART-TIME ACCOUNTANT
White Plains Importer seeks bright, energetic and dependable employee to join the Accounting Department. This is a permanent part-time position and the hourly rate is to commensurate with experience. Hours are flexible.
Responsibilities include:
-A/R collection calls and customer account reconciliations.
-Cash posting.
-Chargeback coding and research.
-Accounts Payable
-Payroll
-Bookkeeping through GL.
-Special accounting projects.
Skills required:
-Knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel is a must.
-Strong computer skills.
-Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
