We provide our services through various types of communications such as Switch, T1 & VOIP. We will continually communicate with, and learn from our Customers, in order to improve our products and services. And, we will keep on top of today's and tommorrow's technology, no matter how fast it moves, to ensure our Customers always have the best tools available to them.
New Start Communication has immediate openings for dedicated account managers to support a portfolio of primary accounts. You will provide a wide range of customer service functions including processing new service requests, changes to existing service and bill/payment issue resolution.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
? Customer Service Experience.
? The ability to build strong relationships with customers and other business affiliates.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
? Ability to work with a team to achieve results.
? MicroSoft Office proficiency.
? 1-2 years of Telecommunications experience preferred.
? Bilingual English/ Spanish required.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Address and resolve all service related requests.
? Utilize all necessary resources within the company to proactively resolve issues and retain customers.
? Maintain focus on customer satisfaction.
? Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and e-mail.
? Communicate effectively with management.
? Candiate must be available for night shift and some weekends.
