? CUSTOMER SERVICE & TELEPHONE SALES: processing ticket orders, up-selling, providing information, & exceptional customer service.
? Generating an interest in The Public Theater & Joe?s Pub
SKILLS REQUIRED
? Excellent Customer Service skills
? Telephone Sales preferred, not required
? An impressive, persuasive, charming telephone personality.
? A genuine interest, appreciation, & knowledge of the performing arts required
? Tessitura Ticketing Program experience preferred, but not required
? Website navigation. Strong computer skills.
? Working knowledge of The Public Theater, Joe?s Pub, Labyrinth Theater preferred, but not required
? YOU MUST BE DEPENDABLE
