My girlfriend and I are moving to Arizona which is awesome for those of you trying to find an apartment in the heart of HOLLYWOOD!!! The room available is a decent size and has its own full bathroom. The rent would be $825 for one person to have the room or $830 for two. ($415 each.)There is a deposit of $825 as well making move-in total $1650. Water/Trash/Sewer are included in rent and Electric and Internet are never more than $40-$50 for two people. The carpet throughout the entire apartment is brand new and the walls were just painted before we moved in in December '07. There is a laundry facility on-site and a fireplace in the apartment as well as dish washer, full-size refrigerator, oven/range and espresso machine... the espresso machine is one of the roommates but both of them are extremely nice and a lot of fun. Kris is 26yrs and Alex is 23yrs old. The apartment is within walking distance to pretty much everything and if you have a car you get a parking spot in a gated parking structure included in the rent. You will be added to the lease to finish out our portion and we will be taken off. It is a great deal right down town close to a lot of schools like AMDA, ADAA, MI and the Los Angeles School of Film.
