Architect, Senior or Intermediate
We are a fast paced architectural/design firm with offices located in Lower Manhattan, specializing in the design of high-end residential and commercial projects.
We are presently expanding our staff and are seeking a talented senior or intermediate architect to join the firm as a project manager. Applicant must have substantial experience in the design and production of construction documents for larger scale architectural projects. Applicant must have excellent design and detailing abilities, an excellent knowledge of construction materials and methods and should be proficient in NYC zoning, code and handicap regulations.
Applicant must also have excellent CAD drafting and design skills and must be capable of working independently on all phases of a project from the design phase through the production of a complete set of construction documents. Applicant must be well organized and should be a team player who is able to deliver effective results in a timely manner.
