Full time permanent Position available for building engineer Stamford CT. Monday through Friday dayshift. Company medical and 401k. Salary commensurate with experience
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: Associates degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in HVAC and completion of apprenticeship with five (5) years work experience in a responsible position, or seven (7) years of related experience in a progressively responsible position. Experience working with automated control systems (Powers, Honeywell, Barber-Coleman, Trane, Carrier). Must have and maintain State of Connecticut S-1 Heating, Piping and Cooling Unlimited Journey Person license. A minimum Type 1 and 2 EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification, Type 3 a plus. A State of Connecticut E-2 electrician's license is desirable. Must have and maintain valid driver's license. Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Responsible position involving the maintenance, calibration, service and repair of all heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for multi tenant building
