About me: Analyst at a financial services firm, roughly 8 - 6 schedule, non-smoker, vegetarian, no pets. Looking for a pleasant situation where the roommates get along, and occasionally hang out together, but we don't have to be best friends. I have been living in the city for about two years, so I am fairly familiar with the different neighbourhoods etc. I am not looking to pay a broker's fee, and my budget is about $1250 per month.
