A very busy Telecommunications / Technology Company has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator / Bookkeeper. The position will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administration duties ?
. Answering phones
. Taking service orders from clients
. Dispatching of technicians
. Managing network (telco) service orders with network providers
. Purchasing
. Other responsibilities as required
Bookkeeping duties ?
. Processing of vendor invoices
. Client billing
. Processing of client payments
. Other duties as required
This position requires indepth knowledge of all Microsoft Office products to include:
. Word
. Excel
. Outlook
In addition, a working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred. This position also requires an aptitude for or experience in working with CRM software packages that are used for managing customer database.
Experience / Education Requirements:
. 3-5 years as an office administrator in a service and/or telecommunications company is preferred.
