We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Sr, Interior Designer to join the Eclipse team in Equinox?s corporate office. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Direct/Manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
? Create custom FF&E packages for new club build outs.
? Manage/Distribute and Coordinate communication between internal construction/design/operation teams with outside vendors and consultants.
? Responsible for successful management of budget issues and project schedules.
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
? Must possess a degree in Interior Design.
? 6-7 years of experience in either retail design or corporate design background.
? Proficient in CAD (level 2 or higher).
? Working knowledge of Construction Documents such as Shop Drawings and Specifications.
? Ability to manage critical timeline resolution, multiple projects simultaneously.
? Must have superb Organization, Communication and Financial Management skills.
? Proven track record of history of financial management.
