As a telecommuting sourcer/recruiter, you will conduct expert phone and Internet research to identify and screen potential candidates. We are seeking an individual who thrives on the challenge of finding the perfect candidate. (In fact, not finding the ideal candidate occasionally keeps you up at night.) You know your way around the Internet and move at lightning speed. You pride yourself on building a target list of ideal candidates within hours. You?re a perfectionist about data entry: ?garbage in? is definitely out. You?re not afraid to pick up the phone. In fact, you actually like talk to people you don't know and get a kick out of extracting closely-held information through phone sourcing. You live and love to do this. In fact, the detective in you loves it even more now that you get work at a company headed by a former investigative reporter. Even better, you enjoy cold-calling potential candidates to interest them in better opportunities and a better life for their families.
Responsibilities:
Identify passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
Enter data into candidate tracking database. Write biographies. Continually correct and update database information.
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of key sourcing tools.
Provide reporting on sourcing activity and results.
Reprioritize opportunistically as well as to understand position specifications and search requirements to streamline the sourcing efforts.
Continually innovate; conducting research and investigating new ideas in sourcing strategies.
Call to market opportunities to potential candidates.
Screen and assess candidates to determine if they are qualified and viable.
Requirements:
BS degree or equivalent.
2 years sourcing experience.
Versed in Boolean Logic. AIRS certified or comparable expertise preferred.
Experience with sourcing software such as Broadlook Eclipse, Profiler, and Diver preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
Team player with a high sense of urgency.
Ability to work well independently and be trusted to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities are essential to this position.
