We are currently looking for qualified candidates to enroll in our innovative Management Training Program. Successful graduates of the program will be presented with exciting opportunities to assume management of fundraising operations in cities nationwide.
Selected applicants will immediately enter into an intensive six week program that puts them on the fast track to campaign management. The core of the program revolves around fundraising and leadership skills. Concurrently, time will be dedicated to learning all aspects of the business- from recruitment and human resources to data management and quality control. The best and brightest will be placed in Campaign Manager roles upon successful completion of the program.
Campaign Manager Profile
The Campaign Manager is responsible for the oversight and operations of a city?s campaign office.
Primary functions include:
- Development of fundraising targets and oversight of field staff (fundraisers) in order to guarantee targets are met and exceeded.
- Direction, motivation and supervision of fundraisers and their team managers.
- Administration of regular training sessions.
The Campaign Manager is expected to use discretion and sound judgment with respect to meeting the company?s operational needs and our NPO/Charity partners? requirements.
