We are a small interior design firm looking for a Part time admin/personal assistant with an interior design background.
The job requires a self-starter with outstanding computer, typing, telephone and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintain busy Calendar Management,
? Scheduling pick-ups/Deliveries,
? Answering phones,
? On-line research,
? Project work when required,
? Supervising of installations/Pick-ups,
? Occasional Personal Errands
REQUIREMENTS:
? Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy required,
? Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook),
? Ability to multi-task and work independently,
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
? Goal oriented, self starter,
? Must have great time management skills
? Maintaining of sample library
? Updating client files
