T? Casan opened the doors of its New York flagship store in the heart of Soho. The bi-level, 7500 square foot space was designed as an exclusive ?retreat? for women, offering a full range of hand-crafted, limited edition footwear at ?attainable? luxury price points. Our flagship store has IMMEDIATE openings for Key holders. Key holders are considered part of the management team with proven retail success track records and drive TO GROW WITH THE COMPANY. This position is a fast paced role into store management.
The concept of the company is unique and very interesting.If you subscribe to a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and social responsibility, then we might be the place for you! The store offers an incredible atmosphere and a high end beautiful product selection.
We are interviewing only people with the following REQUIRED qualifications:
*Minimum 5 years retail experience.
* Minimum 2 years of management EXPERIENCE, with ability to meet sales goals
*High quality, professional appearance and communication skills
*Excellent personal work references
* Good at multi-tasking.
*Willingness to be a part of this newer company and concept that will be very successful.
*Luxury sales background!!!!
*SHOE EXPERIENCE is a PLUS!
